Jeg fant hjemmesiden din via en annen hjemmeside (har forresten vært før en gang, for lenge siden) Så fint foto på hovedsiden, trivelig gård i vakre omgivelser. Ser at noe av kornet dere produserer blir brukt til å lage Skjåkmjøl. Veldig fint å bruke til lefse/flatbrødbaking, men ikke lett å få tak i, i allefall ikke her jeg bor.

Takk for hilsen!
Her i Namdalen har vi det godt, nettopp tilbake på jobb etter fire uker ferie. Den ble avviklet med 1 1/2 uke hos min mor på Sunnmøre, hun blir 90 år snart, 1 1/2 uke på hytta og siste uka i Trondheim hos datteren min som flyttet dit fra Oslo i vinter. De holder på med å pusse opp huset sitt, så der var det nok å henge fingrene i. Ferieværet var i hvert fall flott! 3 uker med skikkelig sommervær og 1 uke med skiftende sol/regn.
Vi holder på med opp-pussing selv, håper vi blir gerdige til jul... ;) Tar soverom og stue i år, og fortsetter i sokkelen neste år. Huset er bygd på slutten av 70-tallet, og trenger sårt en oppussing.
Håper dere har det fint nede i Ottadalen også, du får hilse til dine!

Short information about Community Brezovica from State Slovenija:



The Municipality of Brezovica is the central municipality of the Ljubljansko barje marshland. The municipality incorporates 16 settlements with some 3700 houses and 10000 people. To the east, it borders with the Municipalities of Ljubljana and Ig and touches that of Velike Lašèe. To the south, it borders with the Municipality of Cerknica and, to the west, with those of Borovnica and Vrhnika. Its northern neighbour is the Municipality of Dobrova - Polhov Gradec.



The area has been inhabited since ancient times. The famous lake dwellers - described by a Slovene writer, Janez Jalen, in his book Bobri (Beavers) - date back to the times when the marshland was still covered by a lake. Later on, the Municipality was intertwined by Roman roads, traces of which are still visible, near Rakitna for example. The Ljubljanica river was navigated by boatmen. The Romans redirected its river-bed towards Podpeè, a village known for its good quality stone. The vicinity of forests, on the one hand, and of Ljubljana, on the other, has positively influenced the development of agriculture, trade and enterprise in the area. Horse and cart carriers were subsequently replaced by other forms of goods transportation. Many old crafts, such as lime, stone and wood processing, and wickerwork have survived till the present day. Other crafts, which are being successfully revived, should further enrich our cultural heritage and add to the local tourist attractions.

Har prøvd å legge inn hilsen på den nye gjesteboken før en gang, prøver på nytt nå.
Her i Namdalen har våren kommet for fullt, her er varme og fine dager, og bjørka står med museører. Herlig med tidlig vår!
I påska hadde vi gleden av å ha besøk av begge barnebarna. Live Marié kom fra Oslo helga før palmesøndag og var her til 2. påskedag. Sol Linnea kom sammen med resten av familien nordover fra Eidsvoll fredag før palmesøndag og var her til 2. påskedag. Hun har mormor og morfar på Frøvarp, som ligger 1 km fra hytta vår. Live er tre år og Sol er to år nå. Stein, Live, Beauty og jeg bodde på hytta fra palmehelga, så vi koste oss sammen med resten av gjengen som var på Frøvarp. Det var en kjempefin påske, selv om været ikke var av det beste.
Hvordan står det til med dere i Vågå da? Snart våronn? Kommer dere nordover i sommer, så må vi treffes!
